It takes a truly dedicated Field Engineer to master all of these systems. At ESU we push our engineers to their highest potential to ensure we have a team of the best and the brightest. In this industry the cost is much too high to ever have mistakes made by the engineer or technician.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Equally important as having the best engineers, is having the best computer aided tools for the job. Every DPF has it's own built in Electronic Control Unit. Each control unit requires separate hardware and software. We carry ALL of the tools to download fault information, raw data, and other important information that allows us to plot data and accurately target the correct repair needed. (Not all DPF services require DPF cleanings, let us save you $$$).
RESPONSE TIME
From pick-up trucks, to full service trucks, we have the correct service vehicle to meet your needs. We generally can service within 24 hours. However, if the service call is over 40 miles away, it may be longer.

Working with a talented emissions company now, will save you money in the long term. DPF cleaning is only one small piece of emissions compliance. Exhaust Pressure Sensors and other sensors fail over time. Know the difference between ANNUAL MAINTENANCE and DPF CLEANING. If you are being sold based solely on "cleaning ability" you are working with the wrong company. Although DPF cleaning is important, and a large part of every ESU service, it is only a fraction of the service as a whole. ESU has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in diagnostic equipment and tools. These tools ensure that we make the correct repair the first time, and also ensure that we catch any future problem in advance. We do this so your trucks are on the road making money, where they belong!
